Workup/Mgt: I would advise checking your daughter's temperature. Babies can lose body heat quickly. Keep her head warm and she should have one more layer of clothing than older children. Since she is on albuterol and has had constipation, a screening test for CF should be confirmed to rule out CF.
Her pulse oximetry or oxygen saturation should be checked on arms and legs. If she has any distress, ED visit.

Foot swelling: 1st get shoes that fit and purchase toward end of day. You also find out what ois the cause of the swelling. At your age i doubt it's circulatory. Any injury recently or new shoes worn recently? More info would help.

Need to be seen: Your swelling could be an allergic rxn.  Please make an appointment to be evaluated and treated for reaction or possible infection.  Only being seen can a physician make a good clinical decision on your care.

Pruritus: you need to have some blood tests to determine the cause.  Sounds more systemic then a skin problem.

i am taking cymbalta (duloxetine) for fibromyalgia and have gained 20lbs with hand and feet swelling. are there other drugs that treat fibromyalgia with less side ?

Possibly: All medication have side effects.  There are a number of medication that are indicated for fibromyalgia.   Lyrica, savella, (milnacipran) effexor, Pristiq and muscle relaxants have all been shown to be helpful for fibro.  Regular, moderate, non-impact aerobic exercise and cognitive behavioral therapy have been shown to be as if not more effective than medication and have almost no adverse effects.

why might i suddenly have an intolerancfe to salt...orbital edema and hand, feet swelling...bloodwork fine according to other drs on here.

Here's why...: New and sudden onset edema should prompt evaluation for heart failure, liver failure and nephrotic kidney disease. Sounds like those have already been ruled out.  It is also possible that you could have a systemic inflammatory or hormonal response that produces some vascular leakiness.  Failing that you may just have eaten too much salt.
