Dermatitis: Your symptoms certainly warrant an evaluation by a dr.  A dermatologist specializes in skin conditions and it appears you definitely have some dermatitis that may be caused by several different factors, such as a contact irritant, an underlying psoriatic condition possible, etc.  Best wishes.

Nerve compression: Some kind od pressure on superficial nerves could cause  that. Could be at wrist like eatly carpet tunnel. That does not affect legs.  Need to see a doc if it occurrs  daily.

Dry hands : Sounds like eczema or psoriasis, fatty creams or cetaphil can be tried . If it still doesn't improve then see dermatologist.

Need Evaluation: This can be a lot of things, first thing that comes to mind is pemphigus, a skin condition that blisters and if rubbed the skin can slough off.  You could also have a skin infection or several other problems.  You need a good dermatology evaluation.

Many things: Systemic inflammation (acute infection, autoinflammatory diseases such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis), stress (emotional or physical), hypersensitivity to pain or abnormal pain suppression pathways (fibromyalgia), joint abnormalities (connective tissue diseases such an Marfan syndrome or Ehler-Danlos syndrome), blood disorders (anemia, leukemia) and many more. Would need more info to fine tune.

was taking amoxicillin. ended up w/ a rash on hands, feet, elbows & knees. now it's on my neck. breathing fine, itch driving me crazy. had for 1 day now?

Allergic reaction: Stop taking the amoxicillin.  You are having a allergic reaction.  Call your doctor now and let them know what is happening.Take 2 benedryl for the rash, it will make you sleepy.  If you start to have breathing problems call 911.  
Remember this in the future and do not take Amoxicillin or penicillin.  Always inform your doctors of this reaction.
