Didn't fully form: Your bottom lumbar level didn't fully form (or separate from the sacrum) when you were developing.  One of the transverse processes (bone that sticks out to the side), either on the left or right, is still fused (connected) with the sacrum.
This means this level is either not moving at all (like a surgical fusion) or very little.  These discs typically look underdeveloped but otherwise normal.

Common: 1/2 of the L5 vertebrae is 'incorporated ' into your sacrum. Sacralization of L5 is a fairly common Xray finding, congenital, and of little significance unless you are a spinal surgeon planning an instrumented fusion of the lumbar spine. Best of Luck!

Lumbar Spondylosis : Lumbar Spondylosis at multiple levels would be one way to describe it.  You have basically developed some degree of degenerative arthritis at each of the levels in your lumbar spine.

Stenosis is a term: Reflecting when the space available to spinal nerves or cord is too small- in this case due to bone spur &disc herniation combo like a large speed bump in the lower part of the neck going across the canal where the cord is extending into the neural foramen where the spinal nerves exit the canal . Uncovertebral refers to small joints that are arthritic in the neck contributing to the "speed bump.".

Unfortunately....no: As an osteopathic physician, whose practice includes "manipulative therapy, " it is my opinion that spinal stenosis is not correctable with any form of manipulation or physical medicine. This is unfortunately a surgical condition, and i would professionally recommend a consultation with a neurosurgeon, vs. An orthopedist. Your condition requires more expertise, and your end result will be  better.

Herniated disc: Lumbar discs can herniate (slip) due to several reasons, main ones being lifting while bending down, sudden jerky motion etc. Usually if a disc does not pinch a nerve, it will cause back pain with no radiation (unless the damage is minimal). If it causes inflammation in the surrounding tissue it can cause nerve root irritation which causes pain down the leg, tingling and numbness come after.
