Retainer care: Brush rets gently w soft t'brush 2x/day. You can use soap, not t'paste, to brush the retainers. Once daily use denture cleaner tablets as per package instructions.

What is the ?: Hereditary pancreatitis is a real problem. Related to the same genes as in cystic fibrosis. Ultimately structural changes in the pancreas lead to daily pain without enzyme rise. Avoid narcotics. See about celiac plexus block. If enzymes still go up, consider non-encapsulated pancreatic enzymes (high- dose) with every meal (and acid suppression) to minimize pain. Hope this helps.

Cook it well: Everything you eat in pregnancy should be well cooked to avoid illnesses with gastric distress. Diarrhea and vomiting can cause severe dehydration in pregnancy with adverse effects.

However, with that clinical history you need an urgent and extensive investigation for a definite diagnosis and treatment can be planned quickly. If the current gastroenterologist could not help you should seek for a second opinion at a tertiary care medical center or an academic medical center. Good luck.

Sugar not control: It seems that your blood sugar is not well control. Adding insulin seems to be an option but it needs to be done under the supervision of your primary care physician.    The test calls HgbA1C might help your physician in making that determination

Final records: Upon completion of treatment, the braces will be removed and post-treatment models, x-rays, and photos and models are completed. Retainers are then made to hold the teeth in place. Hawley retainer is not an exception. If you need an additional Hawley retainer, no x-rays are required.

hawley retainer won't fit after a cavity filling. what should i do?

See dentist: Go back to the dentist - with your hawley -- and have the filling adjusted so the hawley fits. Simple as that ! good luck.
