Many reasons : many things can cause this. If worst HA of your life, associated with neck pain, vision changes, balance problems, focal weakness arm/leg, trouble speaking or skin rash need to be seen ASAP. If none of these can try headache formulation OTC pain reliever if no contraindication to taking it. If HA continues for 2-3 days or more please see doctor. Hope this helps and you feel better soon. Not usually: People with migraine headaches usually have them on one side or the other at first, but it makes little difference what side of the head hurts.

Muscle strain: Try getting a memory foam pillow to support your head. You may end up needing therapy if it does not fix itself on its own. Try moist heat for 15 minuts at a time to loosen them um and massage too.

Exam: Never ignore these headaches- although it sounds like migraine, you will need a neurological exam and CT scan of the brain-schedule for a physical exam.

Neurologic symptoms: Headaches are common, approaching 100% of people have headaches.  It would be serious if accompanied by neurologic symptoms, such as weakness, numbness, trouble speaking or seeing.  See your physician for an exam, and treatment.  It could be an extended migraine.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try steam/vapor inhalation in case it is due to congested sinuses.  It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.

i have headache at one point since 3 days on left side when i touch it, it gain pain too much, if i didn't touch there is no pain, what should i do?

Maybe migraine: During or following a migraine headache, skin sensitivity termed allodynia can occur.  Best approach to handle this is to see your physician, treat current symptoms but focus on future headache prevention.
