Repeat biopsy: especially if no lymphocytic cells or neutrophilic cells are seen on the biopsy.   Your symptoms signify inflammation, so it should have been reflected on the pathology report.  Of course, using a dandruff heavy shampoo formula may be effective too, along with stopping any chemicals that you may be using to treat your hair style.

You have everything: Wherever you got these absurd ideas, stop going there. Fish oil supplements have no effect on hair and are a waste of money. "Yeast overgrowth" is not related to any changes in your hair. Forget this nonsense and see a dermatologist if you want true value.

Fungal infection : You can try using Nizoral (ketoconazole) which is used for fungal infections of scalp but i doubt that it will work. I believe for best results you will need to take oral medication but ideally you should see a dermatologist for help.

Depends on cause...: One's primary care doctor can check for medical causes. If none are found, then one can see a dermatologist, especially one specializing in hair restoration (some treatments: minoxidil, etc, ...). Medical causes may include: hormonal problems (low thyroid), seborrhea, alopecia areata, stressful illness. Other causes: genetic male or female pattern baldness, telogen effluvium, etc...

my husband says it looks like ringworm, but im not having hair loss my skin isnt darkening. plus other people have touched me they dont have these red circles. its just there they dont hurt and they dont peel i just have red circles on my body.

Requires exam: Ringworm is a lay term for fungal infection of various skin surfaces. It is not easily passed person to person but can be. It's appearance can be mimicked by several other skin conditions. An exam would be required to sort this out.
