hi, i am a freshman at highschool and i have not started puberty and i think that is a problem. i have no underarm hair, leg hair, or facial hair. my penis is 2 1/2 inches erect and it makes me have very low confidence.

You : You might be very normal.  Your pediatrician or primary doctor can check an lh ANS fsh, to see if you have testicular failure.  Most teenage males do not look like porn starts, but niether do teenage girls.

He may have: Believed that thick chest hair is a sign of higher testosterone levels, which can accellerate balding -- however chest hair is more genetic than hormonal.

muscle tiredness/joint pain only on my right side, after normal activities such as standing for a bit or walking up stairs or curling hair.   legs and arms. mri, emg, nerve test, and blood tests all normal.  what else could be causing this?

Compulsively?: I am  not sure what the question is here.  Pulling hairs can be a  compulsion for some people.  You can be evaluated to determine if you have trichotillomania  (which is treatable).

Good for you: Congratulations on becoming a man. I hope you cherish the new joys and responsibilities of manhood. How much body hair you end up with is genetic. Many men (and many of the women who admire us) like it. You're free to keep all of it, or to "manscape" by shaving, waxing, or (if it's truly right for you and your long-term partner) have electrolysis / laser Rx; very few men choose this.

Sequence of events: The average first menses occurs about 2.5 years after the first breast bud. Girls will often see a little staining of their undies with mucous discharge a few months before the 1st event.

Interesting: I would check testosterone levels. If normal you may have alopecia areata meaning areas of you body do not have hair follicles and thus hairless. Do you have eyebrows and lashes?

It depends/ nonspec.: This seems like a nonspecific sign.  It might depend on what products, if any, you might use to groom those areas.  For example, if waxing or heat grooming instruments are used, the roots might be removed and the hair may take real long to or may never grow back.  Stress might also be a reason, as might your gastroenteritis.  If it gets worse, see your doctor.  Good luck.

A Fine Penis: I had a girlfriend who loved me for my "versatile" penis. Don't get hung up on it, they love them all. If someone dumps you just for a larger guy, you don't want her anyway.
If concerned about endocrine status, start with a family Doc, who you should have anyway. There's a big normal range, so don't worry until you have a complete workup and a Dr. tells you to worry, which seems unlikely.
