Dandruff: You can try using OTC head and Shoulders shampoo or Selsun ( selenium) shampoo: leave on 5-7 minutes and rinse off with warm water 2-3 times/week.

No: Dettol contains a toxic agent. It is an anti-septic. The bore water may contain pesticides and  other pollutants that are toxic not necessarily bacteria or other micro-organiisms. Best not to bathe in bore water that is causing hair loss.

A good healthy diet with lots of greens may help as well. Avoid high dose zinc-limit 10-20 mg /day as zinc can have side effects. Check if you are anemic- low iron - that affects hair quality loss.  f/u/ w/ dermatology

Most Hair: loss in woman is due to some kind of stressor that causes more hair follicles than normal to go inactive. Some of our hair follicles are inactive at anytime. This stress was usually 4-6 months before the hair loss and they see it everywhere not in just one spot or patches. If it's not like that see dermatology. Otherwise use biotin and it will come back in 4-6 months.

Can other people tell?
