Well...: Try a good high fibre diet, generous  water intake, and judicious time on the toilet. Do not linger on the stool. Get in, get done, and get up. Otc topical meds could help mild discomfort, as do sitz baths. But, sometimes surgery is necessary, so seek an opinion from a general or colorectal surgeon if symptoms or bleeding become problematic. DO NOT STRAIN: avoid straining and long hours sitting on the toilet playing games on your phone or texting
keep your bowel soft and use a sitz bath by sitting in the bath tub with nice warm water avoid straining and use some of the medication available OTC pharmacy that do not need a prescription.
if pain is bad see your doctor

Hemorrhoid s: Hemorrhoids in females are usually related to pregnancy, caused by compression of the pelvic veins by the uterus.  In males, they're usually related to constipation & straining.  While not common at 19, they aren't that unusual, either.  Recommend increased roughage intake, high residue diet & increased water consumption to avoid constipation.

Fiber/ H2O: Increase dietary fiber with fruits, vegetables and supplements( metamucil is wonderful for this ). Keep better hydrated. Do not take stool softners excessively . The real problem is generally straining at small ,hard stools. Bulk up the stool with fiber. For immediate relief sitting in a warm bath helps them shrink.  Preparation H pads help too.

Bleeding: You can experience excessive bleeding from hemorrhoids if you are a hemophiliac. You need to increase your dietary fiber. Metamucil or an equivalent is the easiest way to achieve this. If you develop bleeding on an adequate dose of metamucil, then you need a hemorrhoidectomy.

No: externals are not classified by grade. They are classified only as to whether they are thrombosed(clotted) or painful, swollen or bleeding.

Means: that the hemorrhoids were small and not  of any clinical significance (unless of course they were bleeding or causing discomfort) "Marked" refers to SIZE!
