Hard to know: Early ultrasound in pregnancy can sometimes be inaccurate because a fetal pole needs to be big enough for the ultrasound technology to pick up.  Typically we expect the gestational sac to grow between ultrasounds and  the development of a fetal pole over time as well.  No development of fetal pole could indicate very early pregnancy or blighted ovum

Variable.: It depends on the size of the hemorrhage. Also , survival isn't the only issue, but how functional the person is after resuscitation.

Depends.: If the bleeding is external, you will see a lot of blood!  If it is internal, you may not know until you get very sick.  Early signs may be thirst, dizziness, weakness and a rapid pulse.  Why do you think you are hemorrhaging?  If you feel that bad, you need to get seen now!   With vaginal bleeding, if you soak a large napkin completely every hour, then that is a worrying sign and get seen.

Depends: Sometimes in the elderly, only a small blow to the head, just a bump really, can set off subdural bleeding, which can grow slowly or quickly. For healthy young adults substantial force is required, blunt object, fall from height. However, the effects of a small amount of bleeding in the brain of young person can worse than in elderly, whose brains have shrunk &amp; don't get the high pressures.

First, stabilize the patient.: Patients with G.I. Bleeding need to be stabilized before anything else can be done. This usually involves IV fluids, bloodwork to determine how low the blood counts are, and history and physical exam to see how stable the patient is. Hopefully after they are  stabilized, occasionally after needing to receive blood, can a scope through the mouth or through the rectum be performed.  If active bleeding is identified, very often it can be controlled using the scope.

Dengue: Dengue fever is a mosquito borne viral illness without a specific medication to treat.  Pain relief with acetaminophen, rest, and fluid intake are commonly recommended.  If there is little improvement after the fever goes down, medical consultation is recommended to ensure there are no complications.

Red spots: Retinal hemorrhages can manifest in different shapes and sizes.  They can vary from focal dots to larger flame shaped patterns.  The pattern of hemorrhage can indicate the level of the retina involved and even suggest the cause (i.e., diabetic retinopathy).
