Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women.  A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly.  One can test about 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have been), or 1 week after missing a period. That said, back pain is not a symptom of a brand new pregnancy before a missed period.

Gastroenteritis: Chest bac pain not prticularly related to the bug but have to think of irritation of the esophagus with profuse vomiting. Based on your age and associated underlying problems the differential diagnosis may vary from cardiac arthritic, Pleuracy etc call for a consult or see your doctor

The : The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you - whichever is easier for you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period, so you could take one now if you'd like. A blood test can tell if you are pregnant as soon as 7 days after conception and a doctor's urine pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant around when you next period should come.  Even if you are not pregnant, you may want to speak with your doctor about your cramping, diarrhea and back pain.  Good luck!

Maybe pregnant: Though unlikely you are pregnant with a period from November 3 to 8, you can't be sure.  Can have bleeding which seems like a period in early pregnancy, and since you aren't using contraception, a pregnancy test should be checked.  Not sure when/why an ovulation test was done. Do pregnancy test now; treat symptoms. See MD if more headache, stomach pain. Good luck!

HIV unlikely: If the tests were done correctly, your symptoms are highly unlikely to be due to HIV. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an assessment of your general health.

Complicated: How were you treated for breast cancer?  If you had a cyst and you have an increase in symptoms, I would recommend a repeat ultrasound to evaluate the cyst (which can cause nausea).  As far as the bleeding symptoms, I would be concerned about an endometrial polyp especially is your treatment included tamoxifen.  Consult a physician.

Consult Urologist: Blood in urine requires a comprehensive physical examination including digital rectal exam, speculum vaginal examination &amp; at least kidney, pelvic &amp; bladder ultrasound. Could this be a STD? Might also require CT scan of pelvis. Good Luck
