Is one a nail Biter ? Does one cut nail too often? Have a job/hobby that keep the fingers soaking wet a lot of the time?  A good way to sort this out is walk into one's PCP office and show the fingers to him/her.

See a DO doctor : Best to see an osteopathic physician to evaluate your structure/spine/neck. There are nerve root connections in the neck that can affect the fingers, as well as connections from the low back that affect the toes. That can easily be addressed. However, if you need a referral to a neurologist from your physician, for further evaluation, that is always an option too, as everything  is connected.

i had corn on my finger, i put corn bandage(salicylic acid). later it became soft, i removed it. later new skin developed, now the corns are back!

Recurrent corn: First of all, think about why did the corn form on your finger. Very likely there was a lot of stress on that part of your finger. Result is the corn formation. If you are still getting a lot of stress on that finger part, then you will get another corn despite your removing it earlier.

Make sure tetanus: If it is a small flap of skin and easy to tape down and not continuously bleeding than you should be able to just tape it down with cloth tape.  Make sure that your tetanus toxoid is up to date and that you watch for signs of infection(redness/streaking/hot to the touch).  If you happen to develop any of those signs you should go to your primary care provider and have it checked out.

Neck pain: 1st I am a psychiatrist. Depending on the force and mass of the object you could have herniated a disc on opposite side of the trauma. See a doctor and try to get a  mri.

See details: Then you should see a doctor and have the issue evaluated. There is a neurologic issue present but you need an evaluation to determine the cause.

my finger went into the back of the hairdryer and now there is a piece of skin missing. i covered it with burn cream and a plasterl. now its white around it.any advice?its gross to walk around with at work. im a air hostess and its not acceptable.

Immediate exam: You may have a serious infection which needs to be treated. It is also possible the tear in your skin is so extensive stitches may be needed to help it heal. Other intervention may be needed by a surgeon if this worsens. An infection could spread to your bones. I strongly encourage you to go to a medical clinic to have your finger examined as soon as possible.
