UTIs versus STDs: I am unsure what you are asking, but there are numerous medications that can treat a urinary tract infection...All of which require a prescription. But, in men, it is very difficult to get a urinary tract infection and much more easily and likely to get a sexually transmitted disease.

But if someone has multiple frequent outbreaks, consideration can be given to suppressive therapy (i.e. Take medication daily to prevent outbreaks). Talk to a doctor about the options.

Celius?: The only thing i can find relevant to this is an energy drink called celsius. This has some ingredients of dubious effectiveness for their claims. If you need blood pressure medicine, you do not need to use concoctions whose benefit is mainly to those making and selling them. The blood pressure control is necessary if you have hypertension.

Ambroxol is a…: Mucolytic agent, i.e., it makes mucus & sputum thinner & less viscous (sticky) & therefore more easily removed by coughing; so it is beneficial in diseases associated with increased mucus production (acute/chronic bronchitis, copd). It also appears to have anti-inflammatory properties. None of the articles i reviewed noted that this drug is not available in the us. Ask your fp/pharmacist.

Sold outside States: Duphaston is a brand of dydrogesterone, a progesterone, used to maintain pregnancy among other indications. Clofert is a brand name sold only in india for Clomiphene which is used to induce ovulation (or off-label to increase testosterone production in men).
