Poor : Maple syrup is made from extracted sap and boiled down so that the syrup has a high sugar content. The original sap is the nutritional stuff for the tree and the presence of the non caloric nutrients is probably low.

Pancake syrup: Pancake syrups are essentially all the same. 100% maple syrup tastes better to many people. These are all pure sugar (carbohydrate), refined to different sweetnesses. The good thing is that there is no fat. But from a nutritional standpoint they are all essentially the same. "light" syrups have less sugar and fewer calories.

Avoid Prolonged use: Cremaffin plus syrup contains Liquid Paraffin, Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) and Sodium Picosulphate, manufactured by Abbott India LTD. Commonly used for for constipation, prolonged use is not recommended due to risks of side effects. You need to see a PCP or GI doctor who will properly treat the underlying condition so you don't have to use Cremaffin.

No: Maltitol is a disaccaride produced by hydrogenation of maltose. It is a low calorie sweetener. It causes less decay. It is more slowly  absorbed than sucrose which make it more suitable in diabetic patents.
