What's the cause?: Are you just "hungry" or is there more? Need to rule out infection, malabsorption, inflammation, ischemia, dysmotility, functional issue, or even a problem outside the gut.  Medical evaluation is recommended appropriate to the duration of your symptoms, associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as your other medical co-morbidities.  Call your doctor please and get checked.

See your doctor: No way to tell without seeing you and running tests.  You need to be thoroughly evaluated by a physician to determine exactly what is causing these symptoms.  Since they have returned, it could be serious, therefore see your doctor asap.  Better your doc tells you it's nothing major!

: A gurgling stomach is evidence of air &amp; liquids mixing in your stomach. It has no relationship to the onset of menses. If you have never had a menstrual period at a listed age of 20, you should go to your doctor and find out why. Initial menses should always occur before the age of 15. You need to find out if you have all your parts.

i was diagnosed with gastritis some days before and for one week i'm taking it's medicine but still i have same symptoms, gurgling stomach,feels like something stucked in oesophagus, bloating etc?

: With gastritis, it can take 2-4 weeks to heal, sometimes a bit longer. My suggestion is to stick to a bland diet - avoid soda, grease, fatty foods. Continue taking your medication. If the symptoms have worsened, though, touch base with your physician to determine if any changes in your treatment plan are needed.

Bp: Gurgling stomach has nothing in general to do with elevated blood pressure. Most of us will have stomach gurgling occassionally. If its a constant problem see your doc to be sure there isn't something untoward causing it. If you have high blood pressure, get it treated.
