Yes & No: By sixteen both sexes should show outward signs of puberty. The individual child may or may not have a noticable change in growth rate depending on how closely you follow it. Puberty can come in quickly over a 2-3 year period or slowly over 5-7. Some kids continue to grow into their early twenties long after others have stopped. A review of their growth chart with your doc should provide answers.

We expect the child to generally follow along the same percentile that they historically have been.  Sometimes there are small changes in their percentiles and this is normal. Growth: Her weight is above average and hopefully is following her growth curve. Length is a very difficult measurement and depends on how it is done. Children this age rarely cooperate with this measurement. Often we feel it is inaccurate. Speak to your doctor and see if the length is accurate. All the best and get HC too.

Normal: For some women pregnancy causes a total lack of appetite. Keep your healthy calorie and Folic Acid intake  up for the baby and discuss the estimated size and growth at your next prenatal check.

No: This is likely a genetic variant which means your genetics dictate that you have less facial hair than others.  Rarely, nutritional or hormonal deficiencies could account for lack of hair - blood tests could elucidate a possible etiology.
