: Although soft-tissue imaging and resolution are far easier to see on an MRI, it is likely that a CAT scan of the brain would detect a retro-orbital mass lesion.  Sinus films are focused on the sinuses and skull and may not necessarily reveal ocular pathology.  Discuss your question with the radiologist who interpreted your films.

hi, how minor candida endophthalmitis (floaters only) is usually treated ? does it require injections in eyes or can it be treated only with oral medicines ? i have minor white patches in mouth, white growth behind ears and long floaters. thanks?

Microcephaly: What percentile? Has growth relatively slowed? Can large  body -90% of average and  relatively small head -20% of average, but still be normal( my child-engineer) . Microcephaly is usually defined at birth, though with ultrasound you may see in 3rd trimester(imperfect) . It is  head circumference  2 standard deviations below the mean, i.e &lt;3% of newborn have a head that small. f/u/ w neonatologist

Benign crust: The eyes need to be seen by your doc to be definitive, but the most likely cause is either eczema or seborrhea.  Either way it is not worth treating unless it is getting worse.  I would suggest  calling your doc or showing it at your next well visit.
