Intertrigo: Intertrigo is inflammation of the skin. It tends to occur in warm, moist areas of the body where two skin surfaces rub or press against each other. Such areas are called  skin folds especially the groin where there is a lot of moisture. The prescrtion medication called vytone cream is effective for this condition.

Rashes in these: regions  are not always eczema. Please check with your doctor  as  there are dozens of possible causes  of such rashes , each with their own specific treatments.  Stay healthy.

Itching: Ithcing sources are skin issues, eczema, dry skin,bites,  allergies, kidney issues, liver issues  or rarely lymphoma. Try hydrating skin lotion like Cetaphil or Amlactin. try bathing in milk ( hydrates), benedryl/Zyrtec, topical steroids, air purifier. Dizziness may be sinusitis  w/ or w/o reflux  or sinusitis from allergies. check ESR/ CRP, CMP,  if does not resolve consider CXR f/u/doc

i have a wound in my suspected eczema skin, i unintentionally scratch the skin hard that it creates open wounds, i was half asleep that time. now few days have passed my would is still not closing.what are some tips that might help. it is in my groin?

Bacitracin: Keep the area clean and dry. Apply Bacitracin three times daily. Watch for swelling,pus and increased redness.

it sounds like something you need to have checked out by a physician. Based on the symptoms and signs you have described it could be several things. Eczema typically does not secrete clear fluid, nor does dermatitis. Yeast is a possibility but you still need to rule out other things such as herpatic lesions especially if there is pain associated with the rash.

i have infected eczema on my legs could this cause a swollen lympnode in the groin? i have also had bowel problems due to being 32 weeks pregnant

Yes: Inflammation or infection in an extremity can certainly lead to swelling of the lymph nodes draining that arm or leg.  The nodes should recede as the infection resolves.  Consult your doctor for persistent node swelling, especially if it is non-tender.  Good luck with the eczema

You don't spread: eczema, so if bumps appeared in groin it may be eczema or something else. but it doesn't spread. see derm to find out what it is

Mgt: Moisturization with Cerave or a gentle skin lotion, the use of a hypoallergenic soap such as Dove without perfume and limiting bath time to less than 10 minutes using tepid water may also help. A pediatric Dermatologist referral may be helpful.

Try antifungal: This can represent common "jock itch" caused by a fungus. The mylocort is unlikely to help. You may be able to find an anti-fungal spray called miconazole often used for athletes feet. It can help if this is the case. Apply once daily &amp; it should help within a week.

how do i know if i have eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis?  i have had itchy, scaley rashes around my nose, chin, buttocks and even groin.  help!

A dermatologist: Well indeed some of these diseases have overlapping symptoms. I suggest you see a dermatologist and they should be able to guide you and give you a proper dermatologist. If in doubt, a skin biopsy can confirm it, but it is rarely required.
