Watch and wait: What you described suggests a slightly enlarged lymph node. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i'm almost 18 weeks pregnant. i feel lots of movement low in pelvis& between belly button and pelvis. sometimes it feels like he is kicking my cervix or just super low. is this a sign i'm in the clear for placenta previa? my anatomy scan is next week?

Placenta previa ?'s: Placenta previa at 18 weeks of pregnancy is not generally going to cause problems by early "18 weeks" fetal movement.  Later in pregnancy, placental location will be important to detect by pelvic ultrasound or symptoms of early bleeding with contractions.

Male/Female : There are significant differences between males and females beside genitalia. Males have larger hearts/lungs, longer/stronger bones, higher muscle to fat ratio, and overall larger size. Females have larger livers, stomachs, thyroid glands, kidneys, better night vision, lower blood pressure and live 5-7 yrs longer.

Possible hernia: Groin or inguinal hernias are pretty common in males( although can happen in women too)and appear most of the time as soft protrusion which is usually non or slightly tender. It would be good to get checked and confirm diagnosis. If the area gets hard, difficult to press down and very tender is time to visit the ed, otherwise if not that severe i encourage you to make an appointment with your pcp.
