Poss. epidermal cyst: It could be an epidermal cyst, but it could be a lot of other things as well. I would suggest that you have your doctor or a dermatologist look at it personally, and give you a definitive diagnosis.

Melanin break down : Gray hairs around a bump (wen, mole, cyst, birthmark) usually don't have sufficient melanin, so they appear gray.  This is very common.

Cyst or nodule: most likely it is a cyst sebaceous cyst but i am curious if it is completely under your skin how did you know it is gray
so either a cyst or a nodule either one is not dangerous but if you are concerned about it go and see a doctor

Skin tag, hemorrhoid: It could be many things-- skin tag, external hemorrhoids, perianal abscess etc. The risk for you to have anal cancer- at your age- is low.  See your md and have it examined, if it bothers you.

i got an industrial piercing 4months ago and on a bump near it the skin has turned a black/grey colour.should i see a doctor, how do i get rid of it?

Piercing discolor: You might have some foreign body which had been left underneath your skin and is slowly working it's way up to the surface. If you have a bright penlight you can hold it near the wound and see if you can see a shadow underneath via transillumination. See your doc for further evaluation if that doesn't help.

Is this new?: You need to have your doctor check to see if you have a reason for the bleeding such as fibroids or polyps.
Bring in a calendar of your bleeding so they can see when this is occurring and if it is a one time thing or whether you might have bleeding from fibroids or polyps.

Poss Epidermal Cyst: A painless mobile lump with pinhole is consistent with a sebaceous/epidermal cyst.  It might be bluish grey due to trauma/hematoma.  I would recommend seeking medical attention if there &gt; 2wks to confirm diagnosis, r/o other causes, and possibly having it drained before it becomes inflamed.
