Necrotic tissue: Most likely that is a necrotic tissue not healing well either the body trying to reject material inside or the tissue was cooked too much and not enough perfusion or blood supply to heal if no improvement  your surgeon might decide to excised the bad tissue and approximate the new healthy tissue together

Maybe: Blue stools are impossible unless you are feeding the baby something blue. If your baby is cared for at home and has no siblings it is unusual that she would have several colds. An assessment by her doctor sounds like the best plan. That way she/he can be sure she is thriving well. If you have a stool take it with you. All the best.

Arcus senilis: Arcus senilis is a blue gray ; white arc or ring that forms around the cornea of the eye. It is very common in older adults. It can be associated with a higher than normal blood cholesterol level (so check that out) but can be a genetic variation also; it does not cause problems with vision and does not need treatment.

Blue sclera: What you are most likely noticing is something called blue sclera, in areas where the tough white connective tissue covering the eye (sclera) is thin enough to show the underlying vascular layer (choroid).  This oftentimes can occur alone with no other issues, but it can also be found in certain rare connective tissue diseases.  It's probably fine, but i would have a pediatrician take a look at it.

i got a deep scrape/cut 7 days ago. there is some blueish grey skin and the side with the discolored skin seems to be developing a hard edge. is this part of healing process? have kept covered with bandaid and vaseline since initial injury?

: Your description of the wound still requires at least a topical antibiotic.  If not an oral antibiotic being a deep wound. Keeping wound clean, topical antibiotic and covered. Should allow proper healing.  If redness, pain develop see your doctor.

Not right away: It is not an urgent matter, but you should get it treated. The usual treatment is curettage under local anesthesia.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
