Maybe not: Have your GYN MD examine the discharge and make sue that it isn't a vaginal infection. Trichomonas vaginalis produces a green, bubbly vaginal discharge that can itch and be transmitted to sexual partners.

Have a culture done : To determine what it is. Pap determines cervical cellular pathology of the tranformational zone, and the endo and exocervical cells. Not culture and sensitivity. Green discharge isn't normal, and its bedt to find out whats going on. Good luck!

See doctor ASAP: It's never normal to have this kind of symptoms.  I recommend to see GYN if you can, family doctor can help as well.  Do it ASAP since it can have long term effects of not treated early.

See a doctor: This sort of symptom needs in-person professional evaluation. Are you sure the dishcarge is from the urethra, not vagina? In any case, it sounds like an infection, although atypical for most urinary tract infections. STDs are possible if at risk, but quite rare at your age. Could be stool...: You probably do not have to worry about any infection.  Your infant daughter is most likely sociable, happy and feeding well without fever, vomiting or fussiness.  No rash over the genital area too...I would rinse the area and replace with a clean diaper and monitor this phenomena over time. Mucusy discharge is possible from the vagina-not green.

No: Ovarian cysts don't cause a vaginal discharge.  A green discharge on tampon is more likely due to a vaginal or cervical infection.  A woman usually needs an exam to figure out if she has a vaginal or cervical infection.
