Cystic changes: This usually represents fibrocystic changes/ cystic changes (old term:  fibrocystic breast disease).  You can look up some of my other posts on fibrocystic changes.  This is benign and the most common cause of breast pain.  If the discharge is red or brown, see your doctor. Please make sure you have had your yearly mammogram.

My thoughts: I doubt that the veins you've noticed have anything to do with the drained feeling and sleep problems. They sound like a related thing. If it worries you, see your doctor - reassurance can prevent becoming stressed more and that's a good thing. Best!

my baby is 4 days old , from birth hes had thick green mucus stools , he is both breast and bottle fed , he is passing stools that look like scrambled eggs and seems to have some discomfort, is this type of stool normal or could it be the formula?

Sounds ok, and...: Babies older than a week should have yellowish poops with the thickness of mustard or thick spaghetti sauce. Breastfeeding babies can have even looser poops. Formula-fed babies have firmer poops, but poop that holds shape would be too firm for the first 3-4 months of life. Poop gets darker, with brown and green colors blended in, and also gets firmer, as a baby gets older.

Get it checked.  : Green spot on umblibis and the breast area that attuned become shiny may be nothing to worry about. But it is very important to get it checked by a dermatologist.

: Sweat glands can become blocked, with the accumulated fluid appearing as a "black dot", and when it spontaneously "opens" or opens due to external pressure, the fluid released leave a widened opening temporarily.  Not a serious problem.

See doctor: I'd suggest that you see the doctor, and describe what you're seeing.  She may collect some of the fluid for culture and cytology to determine its source and what appropriate management might be.  It could be an infection, or even malignancy.

Never heard of this: I've never heard of monster energy drinks making breast milk turn green, but they probably aren't a good idea while you are breast feeding! energy drinks frequently are high in caffeine, sugar, and some herbal combinations that may pass into breast milk. Since most doctors recommend limiting your caffeine intake while breastfeeding, the energy drinks are not a good idea!

Really? Get to Dr!: When would green or black discharge ever be considered normal? You need to see your gynecologist asap to evaluate if you have an infection or a tumor or some other cause of this problem.
