Pharyngitis: Either viral or strep are usual causes. Should get swabbed for strep and examined. Ensure that pain is well controlled with appropriate doses ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) (if not allergic or contraindicated by any other conditions) and that she is keeping herself hydrated.

Yes and no: Tonsillitis is an inflammation of tonsils and certainly can be triggered by tonsil stones. If they cause discomfort, pl see an ENT for proper advice on ongoing preventive care and regular assessment. Feel better.

Tonsillitis: Spots on the tonsils usually do mean tonsillitis.  The spots associated with tonsillitis can be white, tan, yellow, green or even grey or purple.  The most common causes of tonsillitis include strep, mono and other common bacteria.  Stds can also cause tonsillitis, but these are less common.  The only way to definitively determine the cause if the infection is with a culture.  You should be seen.

Dacryocystitis : Possibly infection of the tear sac ( lacrimal sac ) which communicates with the nose cavity.  Se your ophthalmologist.

Maybe not: for bacterial throat infection that will respond to antibiotic, would expect some improvement within 3-4 days.  If taking an antibiotic for a week without improvement, and an infection is present, then the infection is either due to something other than bacteria or due to a strain resistant to the antibiotic used.  keep the prescribing physician up to date.

Tonsilliths - yuck: The best way i know of to get rid of them, that helps some but not all, is to get a water pik water flosser from the toothbrush aisle or online and use it to "pressure wash" your throat up to 2x a day as needed.  

That can sometimes pop out existing tonsilliths (tonsil stones) and prevent new ones from forming, and help bad breath and sore throat.

Having your tonsils out should be a last resort.

i am congested and found white spots on my tonsils, have green and yellow snot but don't have any other symptoms of being sick. no pain or swelling.

Step? : This could be a symptom of strep pharyngitis/tonsillitis.  Would be a good idea to have a strep test with your doctor or at a walk in center. If negative,  thus is probably viral then and won't need to be treated with antibiotics.

Needs antibiotics: This certainly sounds like a bacterial infection, usually steptococcus- I strongly suggest amoxicillin if she is not allergic to penicillin and also advise an clinic examination- she is most likely very contagious.
