Unlikely: Upper abdominal pain is nonspecific, however too much gastric acid is not the cause. The hard stools could be from relative dehydration. The color could be from something you're eating. Abdominal pain could be from ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, gallstones, or inflammation of the lower esophagus. A GI doctor may be a better place to go for the symptoms. Hope this helps!

Consider what you ate in the last few days, but if greenish color is unusual for you &amp; persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.

High acidity: Sounds like Gastritis, reflux. Avoid alcohol, spicy food, hot temperature foods, citrus, vinegar, caffeine, tomato-based products, chocolate, spearmint or peppermints, steaks. Start using over-the-counter Nexium, (esomeprazole) or Prilosec in the morning and over-the-counter Zantac or Pepcid at night. You can use TUMS in between the day. The diets adherence is key. If you have no relief with guidance 2 to 4 weeks you definitely need to see a doctor

Uri: Sounds like a viral syndrome or flu virus with muscle aches, pains and sore throat. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms time to improve. Take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the pain and fever.  Drink plenty of fluids.  Get your rest and if symptoms last more than a week, consider seeing your doctor.

Since your bowels concern you, testing is in order. You're probably okay, but get an exam to determine if rx is needed.

Try high fiber diet: That is not uncommon.  These kind of stools are often from  inadequate fiber.  Try adding a bran cereal daily. Increasing raw fruits and vegetables will help as well. You may also consider a fiber medication llike benifiber on a daily or every other day schediule.

Need to be evaluated: I would not be very concerned about the color of your stools however you need to be evaluated by a physician to determine the cause of the abdominal pain.  Based on the symptoms  that you have described it would be impossible to make a diagnosis
