Not Necessarily: It is pretty common to repeat words, phrases, or songs. It becomes a problem if it is so distracting that it keeps us from taking care of daily responsibilites or becomes so frustrating that we become angry or depressed over the practice. If you are repeating things to yourself for hours on end, or not able to carry out daily activities, then it is a problem.

Confusing question: The one I am  aware of is a relatively benign condition called keratosis pilaris. I'm not aware of one with keratosis as a last name, it would not make sense. Keratosis is a descriptor meaning rough skin, like red is to a red vase.

Mood disorder: Might be worth taking an online screening questionnaire to see if there's a particular type of mood disorder that you may be dealing with. It might explain the irritability, trouble focusing, and heightened sexual interest. Not sure if the eye symptoms would be explainable on that basis, but rage especially might contribute.
