Skin tag, hemorrhoid: It could be many things-- skin tag, external hemorrhoids, perianal abscess etc. The risk for you to have anal cancer- at your age- is low.  See your md and have it examined, if it bothers you.

i had mulitple blister-like bumps that raised on my pubic area, and then started to go back down the head was white/gray and i could see in the later stages its kinda pusses yellow out as i see it on the hair strand. is this herpes? my pubic swollen?

Melanin break down : Gray hairs around a bump (wen, mole, cyst, birthmark) usually don't have sufficient melanin, so they appear gray.  This is very common.

Cyst or nodule: most likely it is a cyst sebaceous cyst but i am curious if it is completely under your skin how did you know it is gray
so either a cyst or a nodule either one is not dangerous but if you are concerned about it go and see a doctor

Chalazion: Sounds like a blocked oil gland called a chalazion. This shouldn't be too painful like a sty. It should resolve within a few weeks. Try gentle massage, warm compresses, and clean lid margins with baby shampoo.

Piercing discolor: You might have some foreign body which had been left underneath your skin and is slowly working it's way up to the surface. If you have a bright penlight you can hold it near the wound and see if you can see a shadow underneath via transillumination. See your doc for further evaluation if that doesn't help.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. However, what you described suggests ingrown hair. Shaving genital hair, despite current practices, is unhygienic and should be avoided.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Grey bump on foot: The flesh bumps may be skin tags which are mostly cosmetic or may be early lichen planus(benign)  . The grey bump needs evaluation -may be fungus , lichen planus  https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/rashes/lichen-planus#treatment , seborrheic keratosis , eczema  or mole  that needs to be removed F/u/ w/ dermatology
