Can't say: Those results mean nothing. Vaginal infections causing discharge are typically sexual or what's called bacterial vaginosis (BV). BV is diagnosed by wet mount looking for 'clue cells'. Sexual infections are gonorrhea and chlamydia (both diagnosed by DNA swab) and trichomonas (diagnosed by wet mount looking for the moving organisms).

Maybe: There are a lot of reasons for a lot of phlegm in the throat. It could be a bacterial infection; it could be bronchitis from smoking; it could be allergies; it could be a sign of a lung disease like bronchiectasis. 

If this is a persistent problem, i would get checked out by your doctor or even a lung specialist.

Sour tasting?: Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and often has a vaginal odor. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partner safe.

Too early: This could be vaginal yeast, but it is a little to early to be related to the antibiotics.  It may have existed prior to the "infection" or may have been your primary infection.  Hard to tell.
