Anal issues: Sounds like you have an anal laceration or possible fissure, which should really be looked at and evaluated by a dr, (best a colo-rectal or GI doctor), so the best treatment can be started,  good luck.

Dry skin: The best treatment for dry skin, assuming no other pathology like hypothyroidism, dehydration, diabetes isn't the cause, is applying a moisturizer like keri lotion after a shower or bath while your skin is still wet. This serves to restore oils and normal moisture to the skin. Avoid very dry environment(too much dry heat, Sun or excess air conditioning.

Salt water washes: Buy one of the squirt bottle kits with the ready-made packets. Buy a gallon or two of distilled water. Use it twice per day. Huge difference!

Close: All meds at this point should be filtered by the Ob-Gyn physician who is monitoring your pregnancy as you get close to your due date. If your doc is not available, your GP would be your next best reference.

Pathologically...: As discussed in a prior answer, an occlusive dressing over a corticosteroid multiplies the concentration of that steroid up to a factor of ten. Cordran tape contains a fluoridated corticosteroid, one of the most potent available.  Surgeons or dermatologist generally use this. As with any steroid, it can cause thinning, atrophy, easy bruising of the skin. Caution, stay away from face and neck.

Prevention: The best thing you can do at your home to protect your appearance and decrease the formation of wrinkles is to (1) protect your skin from the sun through the use of broad spectrum UVA and UVB sunscreens and (2) do not smoke.  Cigarettes dramatically age the skin and produce wrinkles.  Once you see signs of aging, consult with a plastic surgeon.  Home remedies can erase more money than wrinkles.
