You may have a pendulous (hanging) scrotum, which is a normal variant &amp;/or could be traumatizing your scrotum when U masturbate. Try to avoid your hand hitting scrotum when U masturbate.

Fertility check: The standard of care is to evaluate fertility after a year of reglar mid-cycle vaginal sex (unprotected) without conception. There are too many possible causes to speculate on causes, although if your painful intercourse is pelvic (i.e. inside), it's possible you have Fallopian tube inflammation or damage from past inflammation. See an ObG doctor. Include STD testing. Good luck.

i have been diagnosed with sinusitus and been on amoxycillin for 10 days and augmentin for 7 days and no real effect plus nasonex spray .what would eb the next course of action ( recently diagnosed wityh covid 6 weeks ago?
