i never really have solid stools there not quite diarrehea either just loose little powder pieces. could it be a lactose or gluten intolerance?

Stool issue: NO those 2 present with diarrea. It could be constipation. So try metamucil or any psyllium containing laxative to bulk the stools thanks

i've been suffering for a long time with gerd and reflux, occasional diarrhoea with bloody stool, and sinus pain. to save my money and the dr's time doing a gastroscopy, could this be related to a gluten-intolerance? how can i get this diagnosed?

Gluten : Gluten sensitivity can definitely produce a wide variety of symptoms. If you are not on a gluten free diet, and sticking to it religiously, you shouldbe. Then, if your symptoms persist you may need further testing as celiac sprue can increase your risk of lymphoma.
