Depends: Hi. Some people do feel lows &amp; some people don't. Same for highs. My advice is USE YOUR BLOOD GLUCOSE METER!

How low?: What is you definition of low?  Normal blood sugars go between 70 and 100 before meals.  At times they can be in the 60s and still be normal.  Below 60 is truly low.  Have you been measuring your sugar or do you simply feel like your sugar is low?  It is very rare for people not on glucose lowering meds to have truly low sugars.  It requires further evaluation of Insulin production in that case.

glucose is 64mg/dl, wbc 3.7 thousand/ul, rdw 16.0% is my most recent bloodwork. says glucose is low, wbc is low & rdw is high? what does this mean?

I'm not worried: Lab reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. A high RDW is a first hint of possible iron deficiency before the anemia starts. How's your iron status? Best wishes.

my fasting glucose is 82 (ref. range 70-100). my hba1c is 5.0(range 4.3-5.6) but my estimated average glucose is low at 96.8 (ref. range 97.0-140).is this concerning! my doctor said my bloodwork was all fine but is low estimated average glucose ok?

: I agree with your physician and wouldn't worry about a borderline result of estimated average glucose.

High glycemic: Stay away from high glycemic foods.  This would include cookies, candies and soda.  Also corn and some fruits can be high glycemic.  Do an internet search for "Low Glycemic" and you will be directed to  dietary lists that you will find helpfull.  Also, talk to your Doctor and they should have low glycemic information for you.

Low glucose: Many normal people have a blood glucose this low, or lower, either fasting, or after a meal.  The definition of "low" glucose requires a value that is low, accompanied by symptoms, and (sometimes) a value that triggers a counterregulatory hormone response (eg adrenaline).

i just added levemir to my metformin 1000mg, victoza (liraglutide) 1.8mg i always feel weak and sleepy my glucose is not low still 150s in morning is this normal?

Of course not: B"sd 
Seems like a good set of meds. Agree, its probably not the glucose causing those symptoms.  Need to consider what else it could be.  Possibilities include another endocrine condition, anemia and more.  My first guess would be the sleep disorder.

i ate 6 hours before my blood test for glucose, co2 and other things. i didnt know i had to fast, did this affect the numbers? my glucose is too low, my co2 is 21 and some things were hemolyzed. should i re take?

: Six hours of fasting is enough. CO2 result does not change with fasting or not but test error can result a low CO2 and the most often cause is too much time lapse between specimen taken and testing. There is no need for a redrawn specimen if the results are not much outside the norms which can affect the management.

i am not diabetic, bt my random glucose level is low its 54 only, and also.my lower abdomen.pain, what would be?

Normal glucose: Hi. In spite of what you may have heard, that's a NORMAL glucose. Your lower abdominal pain is not related to your (normal) glucose. Lower abdominal pain could be many things. Best to see a doctor and get evaluated.
