The tumors are benign with extremely rare malignant degeneration. Primary symptom is extreme pain with cold exposure. You should see a hand surgeon for evaluation.

Where the glomus does not usually enlarge, a hematoma does and when of concern can be partially drained by opening a paper clip, heating one end and penetrating the nail

Many ideas: The most worrisome chest pains are those that take your breath away, are very severe, make you sweat, or come with a sense of fear. Other causes of recurrent chest pain range from stitch from a fold in the pleura (knifelike, on breathing) to acid reflux to a host of musculoskeletal troubles. A normal ekg while resting and not in discomfort does not rule out coronary disease. Good luck on search.

Depends on site: A 12x 8 mm lesion is about 1/2 inch in size.  If in pancreas it is dangerous,  In lung it can be resected. If if muscle and malignant it can easily be removed.  The aggressiveness also depends on the histologic grading where a low grade tumor can be cured and a high grade lesion has to be treated more aggressively.
