Brain inflammation: Reactive gliosis is a pathology term that refers to the histological appearance of brain tissue on light microscopy where it is observed that glial cells have both multiplied and grown larger in response to trauma. The neuroscience community have assigned both beneficial and negative effects to this phenomenon. It prevents axons from connecting again although it restores the blood brain barrier.

Avoid fad diets: Ms is an immune-mediated disease. Protein is a key to proper immune function and the Gerson diet is protein deficient. I would advise against it.

: Not sure what you mean by malignant gliosis, but most doctors would think of a brain malignancy, a glioma, which can be slow or fast-growing and the higher grades cause rapid demise.  Often surgically decompressing and debulking provide time and remission, but usually, radiation and chemotherapy are minimally helpful.

: If the baby is older than 4 months, the taste of cream in small quantities usually is tolerable. Infants should not have cows milk though until age 12 months. If there is an allergic reaction, please see your pediatrician and test for allergies.
Watch for signs of diarrhea, rash and vomiting. A younger infant is not able to feed on solids usually.

No penicillin: Hsv - herpes simples virus is not treated with penicillin which is an antibiotic. Antibiotics do not treat viruses only bacteria. There are topical and oral medications to treat hsv. Your doctor will determine which is best for you. Some common names are acyclovir, famvir, valtrex (valacyclovir).
