Plan B works: Plan b works when taking as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse. If you gave birth one month ago then you may have ovulated and pregnancy is possible. It is most effective when taken within 72 hours of intercourse.

Wish list: If you had complete control of everything that occurred during your labor and delivery what would you want to happen.  This would include your wishes for pain control, walking around in labor, having an iv, an episiotomy, eating in labor, who would be in the room, who would cut the cord, etc.

Your choice!: Its a document that includes the info you find important about your baby's birth.  Who you want there, what you want the ambiance to be like, Music, special coaching requests for pushing, your feelings on pain management, if &amp; when the doctors intervene with things like breaking your water, etc., who cuts the cord, etc.  I wish you the best of luck! No, you do not.: Talk to your doctor.  Most do not require a birth plan, but will be happy to answer your questions about childbirth.  Childbirth classes are a good idea to take.  Check with your hospital.  A highly detailed birth plan may result in disappointment, since neither the doctor nor the patient has control over what events may transpire during childbirth, only their response to them.

Anything is possible: But that is extremely uncommon now a-days unless something very strange happens, you can die from drinking water or choking on a chicken salad sandwich like a famous singer did  try not to focus on the extreme negative, if someone is high risk they should be taken care of by a team of high risk ocotors at a hsopital that does high risk.

Yes: Usually we recommend you wait 6 weeks after delivery to start up your exercise regimen. This allows your ligaments and tendons, which did soften during pregnancy, to return to their normal strength. If  you had a c-section then you may want to ease back a little slower, taking into consideration the abdominal incision. Short answer though: yes.

6 weeks: You can start walking and climbing stairs if you need to as soon as you feel up to it.  Hold off on heavy exercise for about 6 weeks, especially if you had a c-section.  For an uncomplicated vaginal delivery without stitches you can start light exercise sooner, but listen to your body, if it hurts then stop doing it.

When you feel ready: If you have not had a complicated vaginal delivery then you may start when you feel ready. Some physicians feel that you should wait at least six weeks.
