Depends: Many women return to their pre-pregnancy weight and appearance with diet and exercise.  If you gained 30lbs. Since your pregnancy,  it is conceivable that the majority of the weight could be in your abdomen.  However, be certain that the change in your abdomen is not due to something going on internally  ( like something due to uterus or ovaries).

It's the same : Having a baby does not make you more fertile. Start birth control if you do not want to be pregnant again right now.

A blood preg test: As your HCG levels should have already gone down to less than 5 if you are not pregnant, sometimes you can have preg symptoms cause you can develop molar tissue which your OB can diagnose with blood test , us and D&C if necessary( uncommon but possible) so call your ob.

Olive oil?: I think EVOO must stand for extra virgin olive oil. Sometimes this is applied while a women is pushing to help facilitated delivery of the head. Many nurses swear by it. It is not likely to be harmful. This is not something you need to do on your own at home before labor though.

It's from stretched: Abdominal wall/ muscles . Follow up with your gyn. Sit ups, kegel exercises may help tone up your muscles. Abdominoplasty is the last recourse. Hope u feel better!

Family practice : Is this your first pregnancy. Have your blood sugars been stabilized. Your blood pressure normal. Check with your ob.

Cysts : Cysts on the ovaries typically means you are ovulating (producing eggs), which is usually a good sign.  As long as they appeared to be normal cysts that should not be a problem.

I am not sure if you mean vaginitis (infectiono of the vagina) or vaginismus (painful spasms of the vagina).  Vaginitis can be a problem with fertility if it was from a sexually transmitted infection such as chlamydia or gonorrhea, which can lead to scarring of the tubes.  If you have vaginismus, which is painful spasms of the vagina, it usually does not cause problems with fertility unless it is impairing your ability to have intercourse.

When you have intercourse, stay flat on your back for 10-15 minutes with your legs bent up to retain sperm.  Be sure you are eating a healthful diet and not on any harmful medications.  Be sure you are at a healthful weight (not too high or too low).    If you still can't get pregnant, you will need to see your gynecologist or a fertility specialist again.
