: It happens. Some go months between cycles but retain fertility. If you wish, some OBGYNs will use birth control pills to make cycles predictable.

CIN Rx  and paps: If you had a Leetz procedure for a significantly abnormal pap such as CIN or worse Carcinoma in situ, the yearly pap smear with be the only way to get an early warning of the return of the abnormality. Follow up with your GYN MD then is more serious then a person who has normal pap smears x 15 years who may go every three years between pap smears.

One option is: You can take the home test now since you are late. If it's negative, wait 7 days. If still no period, take another home test. Good luck!

Now: If your periods were regular before you started pills would see a specialist now to make sure the ovaries are still working. 6 months without pregnancy constitute infertility by definition.

14 days before: Ovulation occurs 14 days before you have your period. You can use your past history of determine the likely days of ovulation. If you have been trying for 11 months it may be time to schedule a complete fertility evaluation.

Irregular periods: I doubt that you have a period every 3335 days.  In any case, if you had a negative test but you have symptoms i suggest that you schedule an appt with your md, and have a blood preg. Test performed.

: It could, irregular ovulation, possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome,  causing a build up in the uterine lining, with the discharge you see as a result. See your doctor for treatment.

Count: Count 14 days back from the day your period started. That was ovulation day. You are fertile about 3 days. So if you cycle is 35 days from start to start then your ovulation day is day 22 each month of your cycle and you are fettle day 22, 23, & 24 of your cycle.

Missed period: The most accurate thing to do is to wait and see if you miss your period and then check a test.
