Maybe: Excess alcohol is a known cause of certain abnormal rhythms. Is your hr staying over 150? Is it staying irregular? If the answer to either is yes, you should seek medical attention.

Dehydration: You're perfectly described what happens to someone who is dehydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and replaces electrolytes (ie salts) when running in the heat.

Varies: They will do an ekg to look for an accessory pathway (wpw).  He/she'll look at any medicines you may be taking. The doc may want to record your heart rhythm for 24 hours or longer to see how fast you go. Sometimes treadmill exercise can be a helpful test. An echo is often helpful. There are other, more sophisticated testing that is sometimes necessary.

Your doctor.: Premature ventricular contractions[pvcs]  can happen at rest or with activity. Many of my patients notice them when they are quiet or slowing down at the end of the day, even though the happen at other times as well. They are almost always benign--which means harmless. As always your personal provider is the best person to discuss your concerns or questions.

Yes : tachycardia with heart rate of 180 beats per minutes needs to be looked at by pediatric cardiology to rule out diseases like Svt ( supraventricar tachycardia), maternal hyperthyroidism that make the baby circulate antibodies that would elevate the heart rate,

Check it: Your BP is high. Have you checked your pulse rate. You should be on medication to lower BP and heart rate. Get a full physical examination.
