Weak: You might have been hypoglycemic I.e you had low blood sugar.Are you diabetic or were you fasting?

See your doctor : There are many possibilities.  I am wondering if your blood sugar is dropping during the daytime causing you to feel weak and shaky. See your doctor for an evaluation and possibly some lab work. You may need to eat some light snacks during the day. i experience near fainting spells numerous times a day, every day, for over a month now. family doctor said tests are normal. i dont get spinning, i just get a rush and weakness like im going to passout. could anxiety cause symptoms that extreme?

anxiety: Have you been worked up for POTS and other conditions. I doubt it is anxiety until you are experiencing panic attacks multiple times per day.  Would only attribute it to  psychiatric cause if all  pertinent medical causes were ruled out.

my left eye vision is weak. if i watch tv for more than 4hrs a day i get bad headaches on right side of my head. is this caused by my weak left eye.?

Unsure: Your symptoms may be relieved with glasses.  However, you need a proper eye exam to determine this.  Good luck and make an appointment with your doctor asap.

?dehydration: One reason for feeling sore after exercising is not taking in enough water. Being somewhat dehydrated can make the muscles sore. You need to be drinking plenty of water both before and after exercise. Try also adding a multivitmain/multimineral daily. Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol and sodas.

what can be going on? i feel like i have to snack throughout the day or else i get super weak and jittery with sweats. even when eating clean, healthy meals. blood sugar is always normal. i never used to be this way. what can be the cause?tired of it?

Lab work!?: Hi. I think you need to be checked physically. I am assuming that you are not on any medication so far? Do you have any  Family history of any chronic diseases? Like Thyroid? Diabetes? Or any other diseases 
You need to do Fasting blood sugar and Glucose intolerance test? 
Also to check Thyroid?

: There are some basics we have seen. Peak symptoms are often present by day 8 but can come sooner or later. Taste/smell when lost may return quickly or take months. Worrying will not change how this evolves but getting needed rest an proper nutrition supports a good outcome.

Seek further eval: Although you mention that antipsychotics have made you weak, you do not list any antipsychotics as part of your medication regimen. You do list Klonopin, (clonazepam) which can cause tiredness.  Recommend seeing your doctor for further assessment and to rule out any other underlying causes of weakness.  Make sure you are cleared medically before you embark on an exercise regimen such as lifting weights. Best.
