Hard to say: Any fluid coming from an excited penis has some sperm in less concentration than the main ejaculate. Since it only takes one sperm to get you pregnant it is hard to be specific about exposure risk. The practice of using withdrawal as BC is really just wishful thinking. If that is your form of BC you should prepare for it to fail at some point.

Birth control: Birth control when used correctly is very effective at preventing pregnancy. The male urinating before or after does not change the risk of pregnancy in any way. That is a myth. The withdrawal method is not needed when on birth control. Condoms help prevent STDs. You are already protected against pregnancy on the pill.

Combining all 3 events, there is almost no chance of pregnancy from this one sexual event. Always keep some condoms nearby.

Rare: you ovulate and are most fertile 2 weeks before your cycle, not to mention it is "pre-cum" and not guaranteed to have sperm it to begin with, but as stated, the timing would not be right for pregnancy.   Next time use birth control if you do not want to get pregnant with condoms to prevent any std's.
