Bystolic=BetaBlocker: Beta Blockers bind to beta receptors (receptors for adrenaline &amp; noradrenaline), at end organ level, without stimulating them. Thus reduce end organ responses to the stimulating neurotransmitters released from nerve endings from brain to end organ. They do not affect parasympathetic acetycholine receptors typically signaling opposite response. Concern=about possibly ↑ing skipping/↓ing heart rate.

Depends: everyone responds differently to medications. The bystolic (nebivolol) is a b1 selective  drug . This limits side effects. The  propranolol is a non selective beta blocker. This may be better at lowering blood pressure but may have more side effects. Depends on the patient and different responses to medications,the reason for the switch, the insurance coverage etc .

Medication : You need a full cardigan evaluation then they place on the right medicine to lower your heart rate before you get pregnant then they keep monitoring you when you are pregnant and adjust the medicine

dr had me stop bystolic (nebivolol) b/c i dieted and lost 50 lbs. my bp is fine now but i still get headrushes/see white/dizzy when i stand up. maybe inner ear?

your symptoms sound like orthostatic hypotension, a drop in blood pressure when you stand up. Ask your doc to check your BP when you are lying ; after standing to confirm.

Diuretics for HTN: Hypertension which is not uncontrolled on 2 drugs often needs a diuretic. There is sometimes fear that diuretics will  worsen kidney function, but in fact BP control is especially important for patients with kidney disease. A very low salt diet will help. See "Loop Diuretics are Most Appropriate for Hypertension Treatment in Chronic Kidney Disease" J Am Soc Hypertension 2016.

Here are some...: Politically, legally, and commercially, the date of drug expiration is rigid, but in reality, a few days or weeks off such date is still safe. Yes: Absolutely and it will go twice as far provided that 5mg qd is the right dose for you.  The other question is whether you are reducing it on your own or this directed by your physician?  Please don't reduce on your own unless you've discussed with your md.

No interaction: There is no significant interaction between alcohol and nebivolol (Bystolic). Don't dink to excess, but low to moderate alcohol isn't likely to be a problem. If you remain concerned, discuss with the doctor who prescribed the nebivolol.

Most: Bystolic (nebivolol) doen't have significant interaction with other meds, but because it lowers blood pressure, caution must be taken with other blood pressure medications to make sure blood pressure is not lowered too much.  Because it is a beta blocker and can lower heart rate, use with caution with other meds that may slow the heart rate, such  as diltiazem or verapamil.
