Abscess?: If this "pimple" has turned into an abscess it will need to be drained to heal.  An abscess walls itself off from the body, making it much less likely to be cleared up by antibiotics.

ACNE, BLACK MARKS: For acne, Retin-A dry the pimples and exfoliates the scars. For the black marks, try using eldoquin 4percent 2x/ day.

Time and sunscreen.: The discoloration you are describing is likely hyperpigmentation after the inflammation from the pimple. Use an spf 30 daily to ensure that the area is not exposed to sunlight while you allow time to fade it back to the normal color.

: This may be an inclusion cyst or small lipoma which is a benign fatty growth. A physician would have to inspect it in order to diagnose it and advise you.

Scar tissue: Most likely if not red or tender (try not to squeeze!)  If it gets larger or red it may need to be seen by a doctor, meanwhile wash gently, pat dry and keep hair clean.  A pimple will clear in a few days.

Skin care.: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day ; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

Combo approach: Shave break for 1-2 days. Antibacterial soap. Change to new razor when resume and then make only one pass over area. Should quiet it down after a few days.
