Xerostomia: You should have a salivary flow test completed by your dentist. It only takes a few minutes.  When you are missing your teeth your saliva rate can appear to be decreased.
You can also dry rinsing with Biotene saliva substitute.

Once you put out the fire, then you can then plan to restore your mouth back to a state of health over a period of time. If money is an issue, then contact the city/county dental society and they will inform you of local resources available to you.

Seek medical help: Mouth sores develop from crystal meth due to its caustic nature. Blisters are a result of chemical burn and tissue damage. Hydrogen peroxide will not help and may make it worse. Recommend seeing your doctor and/or dentist for further evaluation and treatment.  Keep in mind there are dangerous effects to other organ systems with continued use. Risks outweigh any perceived benefit. Do reconsider.

If it is an allergic reaction, it is likely to be self-limited, and OTC medications like Anbesol or a prescription for viscous Xylocaine (lidocaine) will likely help reduce the pain. However, you need to see you doctor to make sure it isn't something else (like herpesvirus), as well as talk about your drug problem, especially combining benzos and amphetamines. Get help now before it gets worse
