Absolutely: Even a higher concentration than 1n may be used.  There is evidence that concentrations&gt; 1 n may improve ciliary beat frequency which could help the nose be even cleaner.

That won't work: Gentamicin is an antibiotic.  A chalazion is a blocked gland and not an infection.  The treatment is warm compresses as often as possible and if that doesn't work (it almost always does) surgery.

Yes: Yes, it can. Sometimes a stye turns into a chalazion, which is a nontender accumulation of oil in the lid. Sometimes a chalazion will gradually resolve, and sometimes they need to have a surgical drainage to resolve.

Tissue Necrosis: Naocl is bleach. It is universally used in root canals to dissolve necrotic. Pulp tissue and disinfect. 
When injected forcefully  into live tissue, the protocol is to flush w/ saline asap, get on antibiotics and antihistamines, and incise and drain the swollen area. Warm compresses afterward.

my husband uses neilmed irrigation and just rinses bottle with hot water when finished. doesnt use soap for fear of residue. is it dangerous to not use soap after using the saline solution? you mix the packet with distilled water?
