Probably not: Not likely a std.  Would not show up this quickly.  Probability due to tram to the tonque from the activity, especially near the frenum. May have rubbed against your lower teeth.  It will heal shortly.  Little can be done on this site besides rinsing, best with hot salt water twice daily for 30 sec.  Any questions, visit your dentist.

Don't worry: If your tongue is not bothering you in any way then these bumps are most likely completely normal. I can't tell you the number of patients I have seen who come in having looked at their tongue and think that these bumps are abnormal. The tongue has lots of bumps and almost all cases when the tongue doesn't hurt or cause you pain they are normal.

Many Possibilities: With the description you have given, there are literally at least 10 different options to start from.  The only way to know for sure is to go see your dentist, or oral surgeon for a diagnosis.

This : This sounds like a case of oral herpes. Hsv type 1 amd 2 can affect the lips, mouth, and tongue. This virus can be spread by oral, anal and vaginal sex. The only way to know for sure is to have your doctor test you for herpes virus type 1 and 2. If you contracted the virus then you can expect an outbreak, how often is unknown. There are treatments available for herpes outbreaks. Your doctor will be able to prescribe you treatment if in fact herpes is the cause of your oral lesions. You have to also consider apthous ulcers aka canker sores. You can wait for another lesion to appear before you see a doctor, or you can go in sooner for a blood test (no lesion has to be present).

Yes: Initial outbreak of hsv-1 has total mouth manifestations including the back of your tongue. But usually the entire mouth is affected.  What exactly are your symptoms? See a dentist and have it evaluated and do not feel embarrassed. It is a common finding in patients.

Spermicide: Do you use spermicidal condoms or douche? He may be allergic to latex, spermicide or a component of the douche. Also to be safe but less likely retest for std.

Bumps on Tongue: Bumps on tongue more often than not turn out to be taste buds. One does not get cancer of the tongue at age 22 and one does not get cancer from oral sex in 'months'. 

It seems you are worrying much more than you should be and it may be wise to get to a physician or dentist to ease your mind.
