no other symptoms but sore throat after sneezing it only happens when i sneeze. it could be black pepper and i sneeze and it makes my throat sore. is it normal to get a sore throat for a few minutes? like after sneezing once or twice?

: The sore throat sounds like it may be from muscles when you have contractions as part of sneezing, however you may have somebody take a look to make sure if there is anything there. It may just be from dysfunction in the pharyngeal muscles.

If it is strep, you will need a prescription for an antibiotic.  In the meantime there are lots of soothing otc lozenges for relief of pain.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin also help with the pain.

It depends: Many sore throats are viral and will go away without treatment.  Gargle with warm salt water several times a day and eat ice cream or drink cold drinks for comfort.  You can find some lozenges that will numb the throat but they will also numb the tongue, which some people don't like.  If you also have a fever, headache,  bad breath, or swollen glands in your neck, you should be checked.

Drink plenty of fluids, keep warm, and take vitamin c.  If this fails, see the doctor.

A couple days of throat lozenges and tylenol (acetaminophen) can decrease throat pain.
