Gastrectomy: There are four types of gastrectomy: total gastrectomy – the whole stomach is removed. partial gastrectomy – the lower part of the stomach is removed. Which one did you have: will likely explain your symptoms. There are ways to relieve your nausea: consult with us.

Gastrectomy: Limits capacity and one will lose weight regardless of c or rt. Done properly, it is the acute effects, n&v/diarrhea. For expansive volumes, there may be an issue with loose bowels, but 'dumping syndrome' need to be differentiated.

Abdominal pain: Hi, i would guess you had an upper Endoscopy which has ruled out Ulcer vs Gastritis, if that's the case then you might have functional dyspepsia, IBS, Acid reflux or overgrowth of Bacteria, Lactate intolerance or Gluten sensitivity, adjusting diet to avoid Alcohol, Caffeinated drinks, acidic food, fatty food, spicy food could be helpful, also a PPI like Omeprazol might help.

Internal hemorrhoid?: Did they comment on any internal hemorrhoids? I am presuming that you had the scopes because you had some blood per rectum? It was so recent a study that likely  it is internal hemorrhoid but if it persists, see your doctor again.

GI issue as well?: From your question, it sounds like your gyn dr. Does not feel your pains and symptoms you are having are all related to the ovarian cyst you have.  You may have some intestinal issues as well that need to be investigated, and that is why they want you to see the GI dr.  Best wishes.  (not sure what the #40 and #41 things mean).

i had a sudden onset of chest pain in feb 2020. i had blood tests, xrays and gastronomy. result mild scoliosis. but i still have chest pain when pressed with your fingers and an intermittent sore larynx. gets worse when i talk more. cancer?

: The cause of your chest pain is unclear. I doubt that it is related to your sore/throat/?Larynx.
If the pain persists for more than 1-2 weeks, you should revisit your doctor to check you and help resolve the questions that you have raised. If it helps  you to know, I can tell you that Cancer of the Throat/Larynx rarely spreads to the bone. So the conditions you have mentioned are unrelated.

Ulcer treatment: Carafate (sucralfate) is used primarily for coating of an ulcer. I dont believe it helps gastric emptying.
