It is possible: Did you confirm the eradication after the antibiotics? (usually via breath test)
if the antibiotics did not completely eradicate the h. Pylori the gastritis is likely still present and possibly worse. 
In other cases h.Pylori coexists with other stomach problems including acid reflux and even if you successfully treat the h.Pylori you will need to address the other factors. See your doctor.

Active can be treated with acid supression if related to acid. It could be h. Pylori and need 2 -3 antibiotics and a ppi. Or it could be due to NSAIDs. Which require stopping nsaids(aspirin, Advil etc).

Keep track of how you feel after meals in a diary. Many times using a acid suppressor medication like Nexium or Protonix on a regular schedule will result in cure over the next 4-6 weeks. Pepcid is another good option. Hang in there!!

Only if you: are absolutely certain it is "gastritis" then a liquid antacid every 4 hours for the first couple days and OTC Pepcid or Prevacid or Zantac (ranitidine) at twice the OTC dose for 3 days.  It should improve.  However, if there is a doubt and/or there is no improvement consult your doctor ASAP
