Black tea: Black tea has caffeine in it, and caffeine can worsen gastritis.

Yes but .Coffee does: Cause esophagitis much more than gastritis.Switch to hot tea for a week.

Gastritis: Gastritis may become chronic and last for quite awhile.

i often have a very bad headache after eating and drinking milk or other beverage drink. i also have gastritis.  what cause of this ?

Gastritis: if you have gastritis then eating can be uncomfortable. Are you on treatment like PPI- prevecid or H2 blockers like ranitidine? Would also check for h pylori. You may also have a sensitivity to milk so would avoid milk products  for 1-2 weeks and see if improves. Avoid caffeine drinks, soda, energy drinks f/u w/ doc

can chronic gastritis (not from hpylori) be from my lupus? egd multiple times shows gastritis but no known reason... i wish i could drink coffee again

Chronic gastritis: Lupus is a possibility if no other cause found. It's an autoimmune disorder and there are causes of autoimmune gastritis causing acid producing cells to due resulting in gastric cell lining thinning and atrophy.  A biopsy during egd may be helpful to determine the cause of gastritis.

Don't overdo it...: Please enjoy green, white, or black tea at any time of the day or evening as a healthful beverage, with friends, over a good book, while relaxing, etc.  As with anything, moderation is key--sounds like you may be overdoing the tea however. if i am h pylori negative & i don't drink alcohol, i don't smoke, i don't take nsaids & i eat a balanced diet, what causes are left for gastritis?

EXCESS ACID : Production, stress, poor sleep, caffeine, bile reflux, eating too fast, emotions, being a worrier... There are plenty other risk factorsd and triggers, as you can see.

can gerd or gastritis cause shoulder pain? sometimes when i eat or drink i get mild pain in my left shoulder blade along with the heartburn?

: Gallbladder and stomach inflammation may cause this referred pain  Consider H pylori testing, a probiotic and eating yogurt with your meals. A PPI can be prescribed by your physician. Watch for severe pain,fever and vomiting.

Reactive Gastritis: This is not a common medical term or condition so not sure what your really experiencing, but no the answer would be no.

i have gastritis had gallbladder removed a year ago. don't  drink alcohol  don't take any medicines. mri  show bile duct normal so what's the cause?
