GI care: It seams that you are being evaluated for these conditions. How long on Protonix (pantoprazole) and carafate and how much benefit? Are some of your symptoms newer since on this regimen? Bloating and yellow stool may be suggestive of a need for eval of liver, your blood work would better tell this story. Follow up with your gastroenterologist.

Gastritis and fever?: My concern is that gastritis would not be accompanied by a fever. Did you diagnose yourself with gastritis? If your having a fever along with symptoms of gastritis, I would certainly see a doctor very soon to entertain other possibilities for your symptoms.

Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain is a very common complaint among children of all ages.  Gastritis can cause abdominal pain. If she is feeling acid come up, having vomit tasting burps then acid reflux is a potential.  There are many more questions to ask about the pain and timing of the pain to figure out the proper treatment.  Also make sure that there aren't stressors that could be contributing to her pain.

BM frequency varies: widely, commonly from several times/day to once every 3 days, less if not eating much or foods with very low residuals. You are describing symptoms, responses we may become consciously aware of, after intense enough or less distracted. However symptoms are only clues, not causes. Recommendation : If you f have fever ibuprofen can be helpful, but you can not take it on empty stomach. Only after the meal or with milk. Possible that last night was a new onset of new illness.

No: this looks rather like an infection, possibly a viral infection, rest, fluids, and pain killers, avoid NSAIDs though as you have gastritis, if no improvement or symptoms progress, see your doctor, wish you well

No ER!: Your poop being a different color, consistency, etc, is NOT  a medical emergency. That's what emergency rooms are for. This is a problem MUCH BETTER  handled by your primary doctor who can evaluate, order any appropriate tests AND follow up on those things. An ER doctor is just going to bill you thousands of dollars to say you're not dying today and go see your usual doctor this week.
